Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

No — nutrition guidance is included as part of my coaching because it’s just as important as your workouts. Instead of giving you a strict, one-size-fits-all meal plan, I teach you flexible nutrition strategies that fit your lifestyle. This way, you’ll learn how to fuel your body, enjoy foods you love, and still see results — without paying extra.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

You don’t need much to see great results at home. The basics I usually recommend are:
   •    A pair of adjustable dumbbells (or a few different weight sets)
   •    Resistance bands (long and loop-style)
   •    A stability ball or bench (optional but helpful)
   •    A yoga mat for comfort

Even if you don’t have equipment, I’ll design bodyweight workouts that still challenge you and help you progress.

How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

Unlike a typical gym trainer who only works with you for one hour a few times a week, my coaching is designed to support you every day. You’ll get:

Do I need a gym membership?

No! My coaching programs are designed to fit your lifestyle. If you train at a gym, I’ll create a plan that uses the equipment available. You’ll still build strength, tone your body, and see results at home without needing a gym membership.

How quickly will I see results?

How much time do I need each week?

Most clients train 3–4 times per week for about 45–60 minutes per session, but everything is customized. Even if you have a busy schedule, I’ll help you fit fitness into your lifestyle so it feels sustainable.
