How quickly will I see results?

Do you provide meal plans?

Instead of strict meal plans that feel impossible to follow, I teach flexible nutrition strategies that help you eat foods you enjoy while still reaching your goals. This way, you’ll learn how to fuel your body for life, not just for a few weeks.

What if I’m brand new to fitness?

How much time do I need each week?

Most clients train 3–4 times per week for about 45–60 minutes per session, but everything is customized. Even if you have a busy schedule, I’ll help you fit fitness into your lifestyle so it feels sustainable.

What if I’ve struggled to stay consistent before?
